Commercialisation of Community Engagement

I was asked to develop the branding and visuals for the purpose of commercialising the Community Engagement Team within Lincolnshire County Council. I also helped to develop the Business Plan that would guide the team in their future endeavours. It was crucial that the team understood the importance of a strong visual identity, particularly as they were leaping for the first time from the belly of a non-commercial world into a commercial one! I wanted to convey a welcome and friendly, yet trustworthy and professional character in my designs, and in the spirit of engagement, I gave the team options to choose from after discussing the rationale behind each variation.
